Make a difference to the lives of people affected by armed conflict
You’ve decided you want to support the work of the ICRC, which helps millions of people around the world suffering the effects of war. But you may not realize just how many ways there are to give. By creating a plan that takes into account your personal and family circumstances and the potential tax advantages, we can help you make the most of your donation.
Whether you intend to give as part of your retirement or estate planning, or when handing over your business, you can deduct donations of up to 20% of your net income (for individuals) or 20% of your net profit (for companies) from your taxable income for federal, cantonal and local taxes.
Please note that tax regulations vary slightly from one canton to another.
